As of this morning, the Blue Collar Nomad West Coast Tour is underway! It begins in San Francisco, California, then makes its way up through Southern, Central and Northern Oregon, and ending in Seattle, Washington. The official Blue Collar Nomad books are printed, and the official Wandering CD's are completed. These works of art will be available for purchase at the event locations or here online.
Stay tuned to the Nomadic Devotion Books Facebook page to keep up with the various readings and their locations throughout the next week two weeks. You can also refer to the tour schedule on our website for dates, times and locations.
In addition to the various live readings with piano music, both Jake Kaida and Matthew Tavis Johnson will be interviewed by a few regional NPR stations on the West Coast, including: Ashland, Oregon's 90.1 FM Jefferson Exchange Show (Oct. 13 @ 9:00 a.m.), Eugene's KLCC 89.7 FM Interview with Host Eric Alan (Oct. 14 @ 2:40 p.m.), and a personal interview with Jake Kaida on Point Reyes' 90.5 FM The Vicarious Traveler (Nov. 1 @ 9:00 a.m.) in California.
Hope to see you all at the readings; and make sure to tune in to hear what our artists have to share about their unique collaboration and the inspiration behind their artistic endeavor!
