Dale Finley Slongwhite is the author of Fed Up: The High Costs of Cheap Food (University of Florida Press), which takes an in-depth look at the history of toxic farming methods used in central Florida, as well as the land and people these poisonous methods affected.

Paul Jacob (Jake) is a writer, RCLL Instructor, Retreat Facilitator and Organic Farmworker who will be doing a reading and presenting a visual presentation on "Sacred Farming and Listening to the Land."
