Dale Finley Slongwhite is the author of Fed Up: The High Costs of Cheap Food (University of Florida Press), which takes an in-depth look at the history of toxic farming methods used in central Florida, and the land and people these poisonous methods affected.
Paul W. Jacob is an author, RCLL Instructor, and Organic Farmworker who will be doing a talk and showing a visual presentation on "Sacred Farming and Listening to the Land." He has helped to create and has worked on several biodynamic and organic farms in the United States, Canada, Europe and New Zealand.
